Bon on a commenc\u00e9 par un ferry \u00e0 7h, ensuite c\u2019est parti pour 225km.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"737\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/whynothere.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/img_5282-1-737x1024.jpg\" class=\"wp-image-347\" srcset=\"https:\/\/whynothere.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/img_5282-1-737x1024.jpg 737w, https:\/\/whynothere.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/img_5282-1-216x300.jpg 216w, https:\/\/whynothere.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/img_5282-1-768x1067.jpg 768w, https:\/\/whynothere.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/img_5282-1.jpg 1011w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 737px) 100vw, 737px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La surprise du jour, c\u2019est le vent de face qui va nous accompagner presque toute la journ\u00e9e. \u00c7a casse un peu le moral, mais perso je me dis que c\u2019est par ce qu\u2019il y a du vent \u00e0 7h du mat que il y en aura \u00e0 2h de l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi. Mais bon, la nature en a voulu autrement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\u00e8re pose avec Dani au km 40, histoire de d\u00e9jeuner un peu. Ensuite on se perd un peu de vue, chacun ayant des rythmes mont\u00e9e-descente et fr\u00e9quence de pauses un peu diff\u00e9rente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour moi, 2\u00e8me pose au km 120 ou je prends le temps de me nourrir et de m\u2019hydrater.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite je repars et me fait d\u00e9passer par un danois. Premi\u00e8re personne qui me d\u00e9passe sur bient\u00f4t 2\u2019000km. L\u2019occasion est trop belle pour se mettre derri\u00e8re, en plus avec le vent de face c\u2019est du pain b\u00e9ni. Du coup on se fait les relais sur 60km ainsi qu\u2019une petite pose hydratation pour faire connaissance.
